The home accommodates for 60 + residents, which is split into 4 community houses. The clinical lead will be accountable for effective planning, delivery andmonitoring of the highest quality nursing standards.The role is largely supernumerary however there may be a time where the Clinical Lead Nurse will need to support the nursing team and carers team and therefore must be competent in the following areas:* Venepunctures* Cannulation* Ear syringing* Catheterisations, Male & Female* Verification of death* Medication management* Understanding the laws of documentation, Audits etc.Benefits for the role of Clinical Lead as follows:* 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays* Life insurance x3 of your salary* 7.5% contribution from the employer to your pension!* Occupational sick pay* Discounted meals* NMC pin paid!* Award winning and university accredited training centreThe working hours will be largely Monday - Friday within office hours the home operates 24/7!
