Streamline Search are actively working with an established passenger transport company as they seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join their company.   • Manage and enhance our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to attract potential clients.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and website optimization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of physical marketing campaigns, such as distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and segments.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the companys services and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and visits to businesses to prospect potential clients and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions based on the companys offerings.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in marketing and business development strategies based on data analysis.
(Business Development Executive) - Position Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend events as required.
(Business Development Executive) - Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00)
  • Access to company vehicle and fuel card
