Interaction Recruitment are looking for a board layer / process operator based in Shirley, Solihull.You will be responsible for making LVT display boards in a variety of sizes, in accordance with the production plan. These boards will be installed within flooring show rooms and it is vital that they are assembled and finished to a very high standard.Duties:- Prepare boards for manufacture, using templates for different layouts, cutting products on guillotines, using appropriate jigs and hand held tools where necessary.- Trim, clean, label (and pack when necessary) display boards prior to storage.- Carry out other duties as required and requested by line manager in line with the job purpose.Working two weeks on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and four to six weeks on 7am to 3pm shiftPay rate is £11.53 p/h (£22,500 per annum)This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience in DIY, floor fitting possibly a semi-skilled joiner or similar experience in a production environment.
