Job Description

Bid Manager Were looking for a Bid Manager to join our Construction team based in Solihull.Location: Solihull, West MidlandsContract: Full Time, Permenant – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us knowResponsibilitiesAs a Bid Manager, youll be working within the Pre Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.Your day to day will include:

  • Assemble a bid team with the relevant knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid
  • Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process
  • Chair Bid Kick off meetings solution development and mid bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop tender period programme, communicate actions to the team and monitor progress
  • Attendfeedback sessions with the client andcoordinate tender queries and amendments
What are we looking forThis role of Bid Manager is great for you if you have:
  • Proven experience in bidmanagementandquality writing
  • Bidding experience on education, healthcare, commercial and lesiure projects
  • Previously worked with a leading national or regional contractor
