Assistant Service Manager - Solihull - Basic Salary - £30,000 - OTE - £38,000 (uncapped) - Extensive Benefits Package -Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Solihull has the requirement for an Assistant Service Manager to join theirestablished and high performing Aftersales team.Assistant Service Manager Responsibilities As an Assistant Service Manager your responsibilities will include:Assisting the Aftersales Manager with the running of the department Organise, coach, motivate and lead the workshop & front of house team Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time. Departmental profitability Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation Installing, and maintaining processes Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experienceExperience, Skills & Qualifications Essential Requirements:Minimum of 2 years Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader and/or Workshop Controller Experience Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable Requirements:Franchised Dealership Experience Kerridge 1-Link RTCRemuneration & BenefitsBasic Salary of £30,000 On Target Earnings of £38,000 (uncapped) Extensive Benefits Package
