Job Description

.We at GXO are looking torecruit a Transport Admin Clerk to join our site at Snetterton working on the Kettle Contract. Hours are 09.00am17.00hrs, Monday to Friday.You will provide administrative support to the Transport Operation by assisting with day to day enquiries revolving around the debrief procedure to maintain full compliance of drivers hours and correct paperwork submission.Pay, benefits and more:

What youll do on a typical day:
  • To fully brief and de-brief drivers.
  • Check and collate administration.
  • You will need to complete daily KPis on the back of debriefing the paperwork to update the tracker for the management to see how the business is performing at a live status.
  • Manage Driver/ Agency hour reporting
  • Dealing with POD Requests
  • Updating KPI Database
