Warehouse Team LeaderWymondham, own transport required.Shift pattern of earlies and days.Up to £28,000 per annum DOEISQ Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of one of our prestigious clients - well-known company based near Wymondham in Norfolk.This role is ideal for a candidate with previous experience in a warehouse leadership role, alongside operations, logistics and supply chain management, however applicants with team leading or supervising skills or experience from other industries are alsowelcome.As a Warehouse Team Leader, your main role is to assist the Warehouse Manager in leading the warehouse team for the pick, pack and ship operations for all channels of the business.Your key responsibilities are:* Ensuring prioritisation and delegation as required within the warehouse team.* Maintaining at all times the highest of H&S standards in the warehouse in line with company requirements and HSE guidelines, including flagging any concerns to the Warehouse Manager immediately.* Dealing with complaints and issues, escalating to warehouse management if needed* Working with warehouse management to continually seek ways of improving operations as business demands evolve and supporting warehouse management with any changes.* Working closely with warehouse management, B2B department and Events team to ensure all orders are dispatched in line with requirements and all stock is sent and received within standards required by the company.In return company will offer:* Competitive salary* Opportunity to gain licenses for forklift and VNA.* Tidy and pleasant work environment.* On site parking.* Free lunch once a month.* Attendance bonus.* Annual company bonus - up to 10% salary.The successful candidate will have.* Previous experience in supervisory, team leading roles.* A positive nature* Own Transport due to the location.* Great communication and leadership skills* Is an effective team player.If you are looking for a long term opportunity - look no further - apply now or call for more information!
