Job Description

Gap personnel is looking for an Office/Warehouse Administrator to provide an effective support service for our prestigious client who is manufacturing shoes and accessories from leather based in Snetterton, Norfolk.They are looking for the office/warehouse administrator to be able to work in the office to do the daily administrative task and to be comfortable to go into the warehouse and speak to the team leaders about any equipment that is needed to be ordered.Duties will involve: Maintaining and updating invoices, spreadsheets, Data input on the system of PO Numbers and stock sheets Being able to speak to team leaders in the warehouse when needed to update stock levels for the company. Working closely with all management areas to make sure all information is inputted correctly and effectively.
