Job Description

.Are you a Class 1 Driver (Days) looking for a full-time, permanenthours each week Have youve got bags of experience and want to share your skillset with us Whatever your situation, we could have a jobfor you!Here at GXO we are looking for C+E Drivers to join our team in Snetterton, supporting our customer, Kettle Foods, the nations favourite hand-cooked brand.In Addition to Working 48 hours each week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern there are regular overtime opportunities to bag yourself some extra cash!Pay, benefits and more:

  • An hourly rate of £13.00 with overtime paid at £19.50 for all hours worked over 48hrs
  • Additional 33% uplift for the hours worked between 20:00-06:00
  • OTE Based on a 60 hour week (£42k)
  • No Nights Out required in this position

What youll do on a typical day:
  • Deliver to customer premises, as well as trunking stock from Kettles factory in Norwich, to their warehouse in Snetterton
  • Conduct full inspections of vehicle, trailer and load
  • Ensure that all store and non-store procedures are always followed to company standards
  • Complete and return all documentation to the transport office daily
  • Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene requirements
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and housekeeping, both within the depot and the vehicle
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (No TT, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements)
  • An up to date CPC and Digital Tachograph
