Are you experienced within Administration and Customer Service Seeking a new role! Look no further!Our client based near Snetterton is seeking an experiencedcustomer service / Administrator join their team.The Role: To be responsible for all areas of customer care including telephone orders, donations, membership and general queries Answer all supporter queries in a professional and timely fashion To browse, create, amend and allocate payments to supporter records using data processing systems To ensure the supporter receives the correct communication in response to their donation To create and maintain accurate supporter records To produce thank you letters in response to donations in a timely way To reconcile income with daily income sheets To allocate income and produce daily reports Take Direct Debits over the telephone following the legal requirements of the DD Scheme To administer all charity income paid by Direct Debit (DD) Processing all payments from third party agencies e.g. Just GivingWhy YouYou will need to have experience within customer service and administration. Customer services Telephone sales Working knowledge of mail order systemsKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Understanding of the functionality of databases Excellent telephone skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Excellent keyboard skills Ability to communicate with people at all levelsPERSONAL QUALITIES Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload Flexible approach to working Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Work well under pressureWhats in it for youThis is a full time role working Monday to Friday office hours offering an attractive salary of £22,750 per annum along with excellent company benefits.InterestedPlease call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
