Atkinson Moss are very pleased to be recruiting for several Customer Service Assistants to join their clients small and friendly team, outside of Norwich. The ability to drive is essential as their office is based in a small village, Snetterton way.The successful candidate will be working on the service desk supporting the business with inputting and organising technician visits, whilst offering excellent customer service and handling incoming calls. Its a friendly and thriving environment!Role Responsibilities:- Handling incoming calls- Liaising with sub-contractors- Communicating through a variety of channels- Scheduling work for technicians- Inputting and updating jobs onto the system with customers via telephoneKey skills:- Delivering excellent customer service with an empathetic attitude towards customers- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively- Strong telephone handling skills including active listening- Excellent communication- Confident with IT- Customer Service experienceHours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and the position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.Please apply in the first instance.
