Job Description

REED are working with an award-winning and growing organisation in Snetterton, recruiting the position of Customer Service & Sales Coordinator, to join our clients team on a permanent basis.Full time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.In this office based role you will work alongside the team in handling the customer enquires and coordinating projects from start to finish. This will involve speaking with clients on the phone and via email, understanding client requirements, providingquotations, dealing with documentation and contracts, liaising with marketing agencies regarding advertising needs and social media, and handling general administration duties.We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is willing to learn, and keen to progress in a successful organisation. This role is proven to provide a great foundation within the company for you to learn and work your way up. Previous individuals havestarted here and progressed into positions such as Project Management, Data Analysis and more.You will have strong communication skills, both written and vernal, competent IT skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, an organised and methodical approach to your work, good use of initiative, and the ability to work well in a team.Salary between £20,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience28 days annual leave plus bank holidaysTraining and progression opportunitiesPension SchemeProfit share schemeClosed for ChristmasFriendly and professional team environmentPlease apply with your updated CV if youre interested in the role.
