Job Description

rthirteen are partnering an established, Norfolk business in their outreach for a Customer Service Advisor to join their successful customer service team. You will be responsible for supporting and advising B2B customers, via telephone, email and webchat, on any queries or problems, exceeding all expectations to maximisecustomer satisfaction levels.This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid of office and remote working.   • Answering incoming customer telephone calls, resolving issues and processing orders as required.
  • Engaging with customer browsing company websites, via webchat, and provide support and advice.
  • Responding to incoming customer queries and requests via email.
  • Collaborating with external teams to align customer objectives, requirements, strategies, customer support and resolve daily issues.
  • Investigating and resolving complex customer issues that have been passed on my junior team members.
You will have/be
  • Previous customer service experience, B2B is desired.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound communication and skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Accurate, thorough & well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A natural, problem solver with a proactive approach and the ability to raise issues and suggest improvements.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
