Job Description

My client has an exciting administration assistant opportunity for an energetic and focussed individual. They need someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that isnt shy to roll up their sleeves and get involved to help them deal with internationalsuppliers and customers as they expand and grow. They love pushing the boundaries and going above and beyond for what their consumers like and are currently found in 10 countries globallyon Amazon!What do they need from youAn administrator to work within a close knit team supporting the Office Manager in daily duties and assisting the marketing department when required.   • Support the day-to-day business operations within the business.
  • Provide administration support;
  • Handling queries for Managers and other employees on the phone, email and social media platforms
  • Implement, operate, and maintain effective systems, processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with third parties to provide information & documents.
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation & supporting documentation.
Person SpecificationsKnowledge and experience:
  • Previous experience in an administration role ideal but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Comfortable with/experienced using electronic systems.
Skills and behaviours:
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone interaction skills.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task.
  • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively.

All training will be given, experience preferred but not necessary.Additional Information
  • 28 days paid holiday entitlement per year (pro-rata), plus bank holidays.
  • 3 months probationary period.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
