We need to ensure our customers receive a consistently high level of service, and our part of their journey is to ensure that wedispatch their recycling machines, along with any parts or consumables required, in a prompt and timely fashion. This is why your role is so vital and why you will be valued here.A day in life of a Warehouse Operative for phs Wastekit will consist of:

  • Ensuring the Warehouse and its assets are kept well maintained, safe and tidy.
  • Making sure we action deliveries and dispatch in a timely and safe manner, including on-site vehicular movements.
  • Safely loading and unloading vehicles as required.
  • Delivering and collecting from customer sites using the company vehicle when required.
  • Ensuring the correct PPE and safety equipment is used when appropriate.
  • Following company health, safety and environmental guidelines and supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with any required tasks.
  • Updating the company computer systems correctly and accurately.
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Operative role with us at phs Wastekit will have:
  • Previous experience and decent longevity with previous employers in a Warehouse Operatives role.
  • The appropriate fitness to be able to cope with the physical demands of the role.
  • A current and valid forklift licence with experience of being able to move loads of 3 tons.
  • The ability to safely use pallet trucks with a load of greater than 2 tonson occasion.
  • A clean driving licence.
  • A good understanding of IT systems and software.In return for your commitment and expertise you will receive
