This isTo be successful in the role you should be used to performing most of the following duties:Managing and motivating a small team of pickers and packersEnsuring administration is in order to allow easy track and trace for clients and invoicing purposesOrganising the upkeep and regular house-keeping of all work spaces to ensure a safe place for the team and an efficient environment to source and despatch goods easily and in a timely fashion.Keeping of HR records including holidays and sick leave, work reviews etc.Engaging with recruitment agencies to engage temporary staff during busy periods.Engagement, Induction and training of new staffInput of new ideas and procedures to improve and help grow the business,The company offer a salary up to £40k plus bonus 25days holiday pension.
