Job Description

Job Title: Plumber - Ideally hold a Blue CSCSLocation: Smethwick.Salary: £17ph.Duration:Ongoing Contract. Long Term Work.Working in Smethwick, you will be working on an ongoing project as a plumber. 40 hours per week Monday – Friday starting ASAP in the new year. You must hold a CSCS card for this position and be reliable to turn up to work every day. You will have experienceworking on sites installing and maintaining plumbing.Benefits:

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures.
  • Coordinating with a General Contractor and other building professionals on a jobsite.
  • Understanding and following blueprints or building plans.
  • Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time.
  • Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Must have a blue CSCS card.
  • Needs to be ready to work immediately.
  • Reliable.
  • Hardworking and wanting to join a team.
