Job Description

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a HR Officer to work in their leading facility in Smethwick. For the successful HR Officer our client is offering:

  1. Annual salary of up to £30k DOE
  2. Days based role 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  3. Permanent position
  4. 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  5. Free on site car parking
The roleHR Officer:
  1. Maintaining staff personnel files
  2. Providing daily staff attendance and punctuality reports
  3. Holding staff grievance meetings
  4. Assisting in preparing Payroll by providing Overtime & Absence reports
  5. Coordinating & Scheduling candidate interviews
  6. Conducting inductions for new staff
  7. Filing timesheets
  8. Managing holiday requests
What our client is looking for in a HR Officer:
  1. CIPD based qualifications would be advantageous
  2. Knowledge of Employment Law
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Previous experience working in a HR based role
  5. Strong administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages
