They are a multinational with an impressive record of promoting from within.Are you ready to take charge of contract accounts and elevate their experience to new heightsAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey of delivering excellence in contract management and significantly impacting their customers satisfaction.We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Contract Administrator to join our clients team in Birmingham.In this role, you will be the front-line liaison between their prestigious contract customers and internal Operations, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.Top Priorities:

  1. Respond promptly to contract customers requests for quotations, providing accurate and timely turnaround.
  2. Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, delivering professional and efficient responses to their enquiries.
  3. Conduct regular contract reviews to maintain a comprehensive record of customer feedback and requirements.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal departments, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination to meet customer expectations.
  5. Proactively escalate any potential delivery impacts to line management, ensuring swift resolution.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Familiarity with the use of electronic parts catalogues.
  • Proven experience in administrative tasks, demonstrating strong organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
