Job Description

Administrator£25,000 Basic Salary Smethwick (Office Based)Our client is now seeking a Administrator , Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level as well as being responsible for all supply chain/procurement activities within a designated productgroup.Duties:

  • Processing a high volume of customer orders.
  • Following up Order confirmations.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
  • Conducting inbound & outbound service calls to customers.
  • Supporting the Internal Sales Managers and ASM’s with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Fill in for the Internal Sales Managers when needed.
Requirements:
  • High attention to detail, particularly with administrative and logistical requirements.
  • Brilliant Communication skills both written and verbally to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A reliable, committed, and hard-working individual.
  • IT Literate, particularly with Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM systems.
  • A proactive worker with initiative.
