Job Description

Talent Acquisition - Slough (Hybrid - 2 days a week in office) - £50000 - £55000Our Client:An impressive organisation at the forefront of their industry seek a Talent Acquisition Professional to join their growing team. A friendly, people orientated business that is innovative and has a great sustainability ethic.The Role:Due to a sizeable period of growth the role of Talent Acquisition has been created. Along with focusing on key live vacancies the role will partner with the business to pipeline future talent and support succession planning.

  • Working alongside the Head of People to develop and deliver a recruitment and selection strategy
  • Create recruitment initiatives which support the recruitment of the best talent in the market
  • Create creative advertising content, and effective sourcing and assessment approaches
  • Provide a first-class resourcing service to recruiting managers by providing proactive, innovative and imaginative recruitment solutions
  • Take ownership of future talents across a range of levels and functions
  • Build and maintain internal and external networks to gain a solid understanding of the recruitment market and competitor landscape
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Provide regular data analysis and vacancy reporting to key internal stakeholders
  • Produce regular reporting to monitor cost v benefits and time to hire
  • Lead on full cycle hiring processes and partner closely with hiring managers on different hiring requirements
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to lead on employment branding initiatives
  • Maintaining and enhancement the Career Website
  • Drafting and finalising job descriptions, evaluating market pay bands and acting on market information
  • Sourcing candidates through various online platforms (social media platforms and professional networks)
The Successful Candidate:You will be a hands-on proactive professional with strong communication skills. You will have proven experience of working in a similar in-house role where you delivered various attraction strategies.
