Your responsibilities will include:Classroom Management:Effectively manage classrooms and ensure a positive and productive learning environment for students.Lesson Delivery:Facilitate pre-prepared lessons, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.Student Support:Provide guidance and support to students, answering questions and addressing concerns during teacher absences.Behavior Management:Implement the schools behavior policy and manage student behavior to create a respectful and orderly classroom atmosphere.Requirements:To excel as a Cover Supervisor, you should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
  • Bachelors
  • A calm and patient demeanor, especially in managing classroom behavior.
  • A commitment to the educational development of students.
  • Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of the school.
  • Hold a degree at 2:2 or higher or above is preferable
  • Right to work in the UK
