We are looking for a regulatory manager for one of our clients biocides products and they need to have dealt with large volumes as the category runs over 200 products so someone who can deal with big volumes are essential. Biocides experience and people management is essential.Client DetailsOur client is a household name and global leader in Healthcare offering exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth.DescriptionAs the Regulatory Affairs Manager - Biocides you will have a varied and challenging role with excellent opportunity to work with global colleagues to implement regulatory strategies and ensure your brands gain a competitive advantage. Youll take responsibility for regulatory development projects focused on the UK market interpreting and applying all relevant legislation, regulatory issues & trends and regulatory guidelines in the UK.Youll be called upon to provide advice to the business on regulatory issues as necessary and assist in developing of strategies and plans of action to address them utilising your in depth knowledge of biocides.In addition you will be interfacing with relevant government agencies (e.g. MHRA), industry associations (PAGB and ABPI) and key opinion leaders to assess the impact and implementation required with all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labelling and production of our products.Whilst Managing all registration projects, in relation to Healthcare products, which are relevant to the UK Business you will also use your ability to motivate and coach people within a results-oriented culture, where personal responsibility, teamwork and mutual respect are key.ProfileTo be considered for the Regulatory Manager - Biocides role you will need to be of graduate calibre, with regulatory and product safety experience within an FMCG company.You will need a thorough understanding of the current regulations, laws and industry requirements that relate to Biocides and have dealt with large volumes as the category runs over 200 products.The Biocides experience coupled with the people management is essential.Job OfferIn return our client is offering a competitive base salary, excellent non-contributory pension, market leading bonus and a structured career path to grow with the business.
