The business generated £2 billion turnover last year, employs over 3,000 people and has over 20 regional distribution centres throughout the UK.They are recruiting for a Regional Account Manager to take on the management responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts across the region.The main purpose of a Regional Account Manager is to manage and develop key clients enhancing critical relationships with universities, NHS Trusts, hotel chains, major pub groups and care home groups. Managing a portfolio of circa £5 million the RegionalAccount Manager will work closely with buying groups and consortia associated with these major clients in order to facilitate their clients growth and profitability for the business.This role is field based covering Slough and the surrounding region.They are ideally looking for a dynamic and passionate sales professional who has strong commercial awareness with a customer-centric ethos to drive service excellence, growth and profit.This is a fantastic time to be joining the team as the business continues to invest heavily in future growth and development.An ideal Regional Account Manager would have the following experience:
