Programme Director 2/3 year FTCSloughWant to spearhead NFER’s e-assessment developments, driving and leading the e-assessment programme to deliver key capabilities and online services If so, come and join NFER as its Programme Director for eAssessment.NFER has a long-standing and market-leading reputation in assessment spanning more than 70 years. The organisation is fortunate to have some of the country’s leading technical assessment experts and psychometricians on its staff who are now turning their attention to further developing our e-assessment capability. In this role, you will spearhead NFER’s focus on transforming its approach to assessment, increasing our capability to support governments and schools globally to better understand, and respond to, children’s learning needs.Reporting to the Transformation Programme Director, you’ll own and oversee the e-assessment programme, supported by the Programme Board and a Programme Manager.
