Job Description

Every parent should have access to affordable Home-to-school bus services that has the reliability, service, and safety. This brand runs a SaaS Technology platform to provide amazing services for parents and the schools! We are after a Key Account Manager/StrategicAccount Manager paying £45k-£50k + a Bonus. The role is Hybrid with 3 days in the Berkshire office - Slough which is next to Windsor and Maidenhead. This SaaS platform has become one of the biggest providers of home to school transport services to the independent school market across the UK. What is the roleMaintain, develop, and foster effective relationships and performance management across key account customers. This will include but not limited to: *Regular Client Meetings (Weekly - Monthly) Face to Face or Online *KPI Performance Management *Investigate all reported issues/complaints with a clear resolution*Identify opportunities with Clients Work closely with Live Service Team to ensure delivery of service.*You will be looking after one key group which is the largest client on their books which have 13 schools under the group *The schools you will mainly be working with are all in London *You will be dealing with a lot of issues, providing support, Identifying issues*You will upsell and cross sell with the current accounts, but the focus is servicing the existing accounts Experience we are looking for:*You must have Strategic Account Management experience *If you come from the Education sector, Transport, Logistics or worked in a business that has had to deal with operational issues for a service to be delivered - then this would work!If you feel you are right, please apply!
