Invoice Query Administrator - HYBRID WORKING (AFTER PROBATION) - Slough - £24,300 + Benefits!We are currently hiring for an Invoice Query Administrator based in Slough for a well known, leading UK business on a hybrid working basis (3 days working from home – after probation period)Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pmThe invoice Query Administrator is responsible for logging, investigating & resolving customer invoice queries.Key responsibilities:• Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing• Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons• Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations• To assist outside of allocated locations as required.• To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processedExperience & Skills Required:• Customer Service experience• Excellent telephone manner• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook• Team player with ability to remain focused on taskOur client is looking for someone with office experience and more importantly a positive can-do attitude and energy!As well as offering a competitive salary and 25 days holiday, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you make more of your money, safeguard your future and enhance your health and well-being.APPLY NOW!
