Job Description

CK Group are recruiting an Innovation Manager to join a biopharmaceutical company on a contract basis till the end of 2023 in Slough.The Role:The main purpose of the role will be to:

  • Evaluate and assess new solutions (including digital) to be imbedded in clinical studies including but not limited to telemedicine, wearables/devices/sensors, eConsent, eCOA, and others to be implemented during the study concept design
  • Develop the framework and processes needed to successfully implement selected digital transformation solutions in clinical studies and provide the continuous support throughout the study until closeout
  • Educate & collaborate with Development Solutions, Patient Value Practice and other key stakeholders on knowledge sharing
Further responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in team meetings by advising and supporting the line manager on strategic and operational issues
  • Preparing the organisation for the change management on new initiatives in clinical studies and create an awareness campaign to support the implementation
  • Conducting frequent and timely communication of project progress to all stakeholders and ensure alignment of goals
Your Background:To succeed in this role, you will come from a Life science background with experience implementing complex initiatives within a regulated environment within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or CRO industry
  • Good understanding of Clinical Development process.
  • Good working knowledge of GCP guidelines in different regions
