Job Description

A Multinational Manufacturing Company based in Slough is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. (Extension highly likely)(3 days a week in the office, rest at home - can be flexible and do less days)Finance AnalystProject/Department Description and responsibilities:The Finance Analyst supports the Operations and Development Controller Finance Dep. on Month-end reporting, analysis & key projects, working with SAP in a manufacturing environment - understanding the root cause of process order settlements WSB Element settlements& Material settlements in SAP (transactions)This role requires a working experience of SAP in a manufacturing environment - understanding the root cause of process order settlements, WSB Element settlements & Material settlements in SAPPrimary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Examine and analyze the root cause of process order settlements, WSB Element settlements & Material settlements in SAP to report and follow-up on any corrections;
  • Manage and drive completion of key improvement Projects;
  • Monthly PPV (Purchase Price Variance) analysis & reporting;
  • Ensure Intercompany recharges are performed routinely;
  • Issue out monthly reporting pack each month;
  • Support the process of Fixed Asset Verification check;
  • Support the Operations and Development Controller during the month-end close, annual budgeting & the Outlook process and other ad hoc requests:
Technical profile requirements:
  • Understanding and experience of correcting issues resulting from process order settlements, WSB Element settlements & Material settlements in SAP.
  • Systems knowledge: Advanced Excel, SAP CO/FI , SAP Business Warehouse
