Job Description

Are you an looking for a new and exciting role within a fast-growing e-commerce business Our UK office is looking to recruit a bi-lingual German/ English candidate who is organized, motivated, and passionate to join our team! This role is vital for driving a positive first impression of the brand to online customers, responsible for maintaining the company’s marketing style by creating engaging and search friendly product listings. You will also assist in general onsite maintenance of all live products and their images to ensure listings remain 100% perfect, across all channels to maximize sales.Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining our live partner sites and ensuring all live products and images are accurate, searchable, and correctly categorized.
  • Managing, updating, and uploading of 600+ product listings.
  • Ensure product information, stocking and pricing on the website are accurate and up to date
  • Optimize product listing to increase sales conversion
  • Complete site reviews, ensuring sales perform well and that our listings are placed competitively within search results
  • Creating engaging product descriptions, while developing and maintaining the company’s tone of voice
  • Converting the tone of existing copy to be relevant for our German markets
  • Preparing the site for regular promotions and events.
  • Monitor customer feedback/metrics on partner e-commerce sites
  • Deliver outstanding service and administration support to all customers/partners
  • Assist Sales Admin/ Account Mangers to complete new partner and product set up/ implementation processes.
  • Work flexibly to support the needs of our Account Managers with their day to day needs
  • Key candidate requirements
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential
  • 1 + years’ experience in an administration role, preferably within e-commerce or retail
  • Skilled at dealing with multiple customers/partners, systems, and personalities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
  • Proficient with office software, intermediate to advanced excel and data skills
  • Excellent verbal and detailed written communication to foster understanding across groups
  • Sales driven with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of and willing to work in high growth, startup division/ environment
  • Must be a resourceful, hands on self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced and goal-oriented business
  • Desirable skills
  • Previous experience of working across 3rd party online shopping platforms (Amazon, Wayfairetc.) and / or multiple retail verticals
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
  • Experience working in a fast growth, small company/ start-up division
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel
