An experienced Customer Service professional from a transport or logistics background is required for a team lead position focussing on the quality and routing division.The successful candidate will lead a small team in ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring that processes in the routing lifecycle run as smoothly as can be.Role OverviewA CS Team Leader is required for a transport and logistics company based in Slough. A salary of up to £23,000 is offered, depending on experience.You will assist with creating an inspiring team environment, delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
