Job Description

Business Development ManagerLarge Format Graphics & Outdoor Advertising IndustrySalary dependant and negotiable based on industry experienceSloughMy client is an international advertising company looking for a Business Development manager who specialises in the world of printing and advertising.Job description:We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.The successful candidate will be selling / promoting - Shop signs, Car Wrapping, Banners, 3D Letters, Window Graphics, Product Supplies (Acrylic, LEDs, etc.). The role will be focused on New Business, you will be passed sales leads via enquiries from the company website, you will also be required to grow business and seek out new clients.Responsibilities:

  • Previous Sales background in Large Format and / or Digital Print is essential
  • Grow and develop any leads that come through to the company
  • Proactively go out and Identify sales opportunities
  • Provide the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits
  • Understanding clients business via visits and effective research and communication
  • Meeting client representatives
  • Upselling where opportunities present themselves
  • Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis
  • Ensure a positive customer experience is the main focus for you and the business
  • Establishing customer requirements quickly
  • Liaising with internal departments as and when required
  • Following up on quotes, samples and prospecting leads effectively
  • Effective delivery of sales targets and goals
  • Ensuring customer data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Take on additional tasks as requested
  • Requirements:
  • College or University (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Background within advertising and printing industry desired
  • Understanding of printing media and materials
