Job Description

What you need to bring to the table Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings or the home buying processA reputation for delivering outstanding customer serviceEnthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the property industryPassionate about haart, our values and processesAs an Administrator,we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, ensure the smooth running of the branch, assisting and processing home sales and liaising with the relevant parties involved in the home buying process What’s on offer to you Basic annual salary ranging between £16,000 to £22,000, dependent on your experienceDedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing developmentA chance to build on your career, providing you with opportunities to gain more experience and knowledge to help you progress to the next level Are you good at Engaging with people from all walks of life. You communicate effectively through email, phone and face to faceManaging social media channels and creating engaging contentSpinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel in managing numerous responsibilities and tasksBeing a #TeamPlayerBelieving in yourself and your abilities - and not being afraid to show itThere may be a requirement to work from home on occasion so we are looking for you to be self motivated and proactive The finer details We are currently conducting all interviews using video software.
