Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a global company based at the Head Office in Slough.As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will form part of the Finance Team, playing a pivotal role in meeting tight month end deadlines and taking overall responsibility of the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function.Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable function
  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Set-up and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences.
  • Deal with supplier account queries via telephone and email and resolve queries promptly.
  • Check payment runs and send out remittance advices.
  • Process staff expenses and credit card statements.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations to include bank reconciliations, intercompany and Creditors Ledger
  • Review Payment runs from Subsidiary entities
  • Support cashflow management
    • Qualifications, skills and experience required:
