Our client has an exciting opportunity available for a CompEx Electrician to join their team. Their head office is based in South Wales, however nationwide travel will be a requirement of this role.You will join them on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus company vehicle or car allowance scheme.As one of theirCompEx Electricians, you will be responsible for carrying their hazardous and safe area inspections along with general electrical installation, construction and testing. You will also be responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance and repair of LV systems.Responsibilities of theirCompEx Electrician will include:- Liaising with clients via site visits and meetings- Preparing, submitting and altering quotations for installation and maintenance projects- Preparing and issuing risk assessments and method statements- Supervising and managing site projects, including budgeted hours, material costs and timescales- Generating project files with test sheets, work instructions and associated manuals- Carrying out toolbox talks with site staff and ensuring signed training forms are returned to the office- Liaising with Engineering Manager/EHS Manager regarding site health, safety and environmental issuesSkills and experience of their ideal CompEx Electrician:- Experience working on control panels- ATEX experience- An understanding of electrical schematic drawings- CompEx 01-04 qualifications- JIB Approved StatusIf you are looking for a new challenge, and feel you have the skills and experience to become theirCompEx Electrician, click apply now – theyd love to hear from you!
