Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorMonday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmFully Office Based in SittingbourneCompetitive SalaryTo assist and enhance our clients Sales function through administrative support of the sales team.Main duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide detailed reports including rebates to customers and broker on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, including recycling percentages when required.
  • Generate Purchase orders for subcontracted works and reconcile the PO against the supplier’s invoice.
  • Manage brokers portals, bookings & operations.
  • Ensure all activity is recorded on the company CRM system, Hubspot and kept up to date.
  • Investigate credit requests from clients & brokers and raise credits requests where necessary and get sign off from Sales director.
  • Process rebates for accounts when required, including preparing data, raising POs, and reconciling invoices.
  • Generate Duty of Cares’ for all clients including brokers where necessary.
  • Ensure all data is captured accurately and appropriately so that it may be used to generate effective reports.
  • Ensure all documents for the Sales Department are kept up-to-date and accurate, including housekeeping of sales & broker files.
  • Support the Sales Department with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, HR, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.

  • Proven administration experience
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Effective communicator across all business levels both for external and internal customers
  • Computer literate (emails, MS Office) especially excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Maths & English - GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly Organised
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Customer focused approach to working
  • Experience of working with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
  • Experience of waste industry
