Job Description

An exciting opportunity, to join a leading provider of geographic data acquisition, industrial inspections, and high-end aerial imagery, using unmanned aircrafts (UAVs).This opportunity is to join Terra Drone Europe, part of the Terra Drone Group. We are the largest provider of drone services, with presence in over 15 countries. Our business is rapidly expanding in one of the most exciting and technically challenging areas of aerospace: unmanned aviation.We are hiring a Project Manager to support the growth of Terra Drone in the UK. We are looking for a person based in Kent who is willing to support and develop projects worldwide, through a proactive management approach. You will support the Business Development team to represent Terra Drone in the European market, and you will maintain and develop our culture internally.The role is to include but not limited to:

  • Create and oversee project schedules
  • Support the Managing Director and Business Development team with production, ensuring timely and high quality deliveries
  • Manage project documentation, including NDAs, Visas and Contracts
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and freelance contractors by being highly responsive around the clock
  • Manage and process PO’s and invoices
  • Organize and manage Terra Drones Internal Projects
    • Skills & Requirements
  • Experience managing projects throughout the UK and Worldwide.
  • Experience working with a remote team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude that will help to encourage and empower team goals.
  • Knowledge of drone services and processes would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in offshore projects would be an advantage.
  • Project Management qulaifications such as Prince 2 would be an advanatge.
