Job Description

Product Category ManagerSittingbourne£20-25kFantastic opportunity to join an exciting, ever changing organisation with genuine opportunities to develop long term.Duties of the role include:

  • Working closely with overseas factories
  • Making recommendations for product development against design briefs
  • Working closely with overseas offices in order to introduce new suppliers
  • Working with QC to ensure full compliance
  • Trend and competitor research
  • Data gathering and analysis
  • Supporting the team to turn demand plans into supply plans
  • Sample management
  • Completion of costing documents
  • Stock management
  • Any other duties as required
    • To be successful in your application to this Product Category Manager role you will:
  • Have a proven track record in a similar product management role
  • Have good experience in producing quotes and be able to easily understand margins
  • Ideally have worked with overseas suppliers and understand the complexities of this
  • Be great with people, easily able to build effective working relationships
  • Be able to work under pressure and priorities a demanding workload
  • Be educated to at least A-Level standard (or equivalent), ideally within related subjects
