Indeed, with a target of 1,500 homes in development every year, there’s never been a better time to join us.What you’ll be doingYou’ll work on the identification of learning and organisational development needs across Optivo and drive the development of learning activities to support individual, team and organisational needs. Working closely with the wider People team and colleagues from across the organisation, you’ll design and deliver comprehensive L&OD interventions, activities and training, offering a blended approach.You’ll also support and manage the delivery of engaging virtual learning activities at all levels and ensure effective evaluation takes place.What you’ll needA strong influencer and relationship builder, you’ll be experienced in working with colleagues at all levels and working collaboratively with external providers on commissioning / tendering and contract management activity.You’ll have significant experience of designing and delivering a wide range of learning activity including bespoke and digital programmes. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent L&OD related specialist qualification and be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications with excellent report writing skills.What’s in it for youYou’ll enjoy a great salary and benefits package, including 27 days (rising to 30 days) plus bank holidays, and a day off for your birthday.   • Design and delivery of a virtual learning session
  • Create a storyboard for an eLearning module
  • Competency based interview
  • Candidates shortlisted for interview will need to provide us with all instructions and the completed and fully drawn up storyboard by Monday 11 May at 3pm.Interviews will take place on Tuesday 12 May 2020 virtually.
