Job Description

Finance AdministratorLocation: SittingbourneJob Type: TemporaryWe are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Prophetand a solid background in finance administration. This role is crucial as it is assisting with a large amount backlog and is essential to keep the Finance team running smoothly.Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy and compliance.
  • Process invoices, payments, and transactions with attention to detail.
  • Utilise Prophet to input and manage financial data effectively.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to the finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using Prophet for financial management - ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
