We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a team based on the outskirts of Sidmouth. This roles will involve heavy manual lifting of stock and moving it across the warehouse.Main duties include:* Picking orders manually from order sheets* Loading and unloading stock to and from pallets as well as vehicles* Pallet shrink wrapping* Operating machinery once trainedSkills required:* Ability to be on your feet for extended periods* Ability to lift loads up to 25kg* Attention to detail* Good level of English language* Flexibility to carry out overtime at the start and end of shift during busy periods* Counterbalance forklift licence an advantage, but not essentialThe company has good transport links for middle and night shifts, however for the morning shift own transport is essential as overtime often starts at 6am, and there are no transport links at that time.* Various shifts available: days, afternoons or nights* Pay rates from £11.50 per hour* Basic 42.5 hours per week plus overtime with enhanced rates up to £15.62 per hour.In return, you will receive a pleasant working environment and consistent full-time hours!For more details on this job role, please get in touch with Acorn Recruitment on .Acorn Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
