Our client is an expanding retail coffee business, with stores throughout the UK, with exciting expansion plans.They are looking to recruit a Store Manager to join their new Sidmouth store, which is already attracting a great customer footfall.The role of the Store Managers is at the heart of their business.You will be leading the team in producing amazing coffee, giving top quality service, and providing the environment to make it the most enjoyable experience for customers and the team.Responsibilities:• Leadership of a store team in the delivery of sensational service and operational practice, going above and beyond where possible • Coaching, mentoring and develop your team to ensure everyone is afforded an opportunity to maximise their potential - whilstdeveloping your management skills • Partnering with operations team colleague to ensure consistent operational practice is delivered • Being a custodian for the culture and values • Fulfilling the cycle of audits required • Driving action to ensure deliveryof the budgeted financial objectives of the store - P&L reviews, Five to Drive, driving sales and managing the cost base • Managing performance and discipline fairly and consistently • Having in depth knowledge about all our products/ranges and happy to shareand advise • Ensuring the environment is always a safe and clean place for all • Producing quality coffee in-line with company standards • Keeping the store looking its best at all points of the day • Give support and cover to local stores if necessary Skillsand Experience: • Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure • Good communication skills and the comfort in interacting with a range of people • Resilience and able to resolve conflict • Enthusiasm for customer serviceand the hospitality environment • Customer facing experience • Experience of managing and leading a team • Responsibility of financial drivers of a business • Experience coaching and helping develop othersThis is a great opportunity to join an exciting brand, with a great basic and quarterly bonus.Please note we regret that due to the high volume of CVs received we cannot give individual feedback to candidates.
