Job Description

Tate are working with a leading charity in Sidmouth to appoint some seasonal team members to work within their Supporter Services Team.These roles will be based in Sidmouth on site for 35 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm. To take inbound calls from new and existing supporters who wish to place orders for Donkey World goods and/or make a donationMain Duties and Responsibilities Navigate CRM system to accurately identify and retrieve records Accurately complete forms to record supporter, order, donation and credit card information received by telephone Open and prepare incoming post in accordance with departmental guidelines, encompassing cash handling protocols Accurate processing of credit/debit card transactions via a PDQ terminal Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.Responsibilities of all Employees To work within the Charities guidelines with regard to conduct, recognising its policies with regard to equality, and showing respect and co-operation towards fellow colleagues; Under Health & Safety legislation, all staff must work in the safest possible way in order to ensure their Health & Safety and that of all others who may be affected by their actions; To co-operate with management and colleagues to promote good communications through sharing appropriate information and building positive working relationships.This role starts on 21st October 2021 and is until December 2021.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
