Additionally, you will create a quality control system and implement this into the manufacturing site, then manage the process and teach the quality control team howto adhere to it.This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Inspector or a Quality Engineer looking to join a growing global company, that will offer you progression and development opportunities within the business.For further details, please click apply and contact - JACK EWER - REF2344.The Role:*Carry out quality inspection of all received raw materials and goods to ensure conformance to specification*Create inspection documentation and procedures for received materials*Ensure that finished goods meet specified quality standards before being sent to customers*Perform root cause analysis when requiredThe Candidate:*Demonstrate creation of previous quality control improvements in a manufacturing environment ideally a mechanical assembly environment*Willing to be hands on and create and maintain a QC system*Have an understanding of established industry standard quality control procedures e.g. FMEA, RCA, CAPA, 8D, APQP, 5 Why, MSA, Statistical Analysis.
