You will carry out inspections of raw materials and finished products, to ensure it meets therequired standard as well as creating inspection documents and procedures for new materials. Additionally, you will create a quality control system and implement this into the manufacturing site, then manage the process and teach the quality control team howto adhere to it.This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Inspector or a Quality Engineer looking to join a growing global company, that will offer you progression and development opportunities within the business.For further details, please click apply and contact - JACK EWER - REF2344.The Role:*Carry out quality inspection of all received raw materials and goods to ensure conformance to specification*Create inspection documentation and procedures for received materials*Ensure that finished goods meet specified quality standards before being sent to customers*Perform root cause analysis when required The Candidate:*Demonstrate creation of previous quality control improvements in a manufacturing environment ideally a mechanical assembly environment*Willing to be hands on and create and maintain a QC system*Have an understanding of established industry standard quality control procedures e.g. FMEA, RCA, CAPA, 8D, APQP, 5 Why, MSA, Statistical Analysis.
