Job Title: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: London, UKSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annumJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have experienceworking with SEN students and will be passionate about helping them achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Supporting students with SEN in a classroom settingProviding one-on-one support to students as neededAssisting with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parentsCollaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment for all studentsRequirements:Experience working with SEN studentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsA positive and patient attitudeDesirable:Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties (SpLD)Knowledge of assistive technology and other resources for SEN students
