Job Description

Job Title: New Business Devevelopment ManagerLocation: SidcupSalary: £28k basic + £10k OTEREF: J13577:SESector: IT ServicesLeaders within the UK market, our client is a privately owned IT Managed Services Provider. Formed in 1999, they take a dynamic approach to delivering the best possible service and solutions to their customers nationwide!They now have an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to join their team as New Business Development Managers! You dont need any previous experience, just the motivation to succeed!Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000

The Role:
  • Research the market to identify buying and selling trends, new markets and customer needs
  • Attend events, special interest groups, conferences and seminars to seek new opportunities
  • Develop relationships with industry professionals, existing referral partners, competitors, vendors and other personnel
  • Develop effective growth strategies that apply both to financial success and customer success
  • Reach out to new business opportunities to win and secure new sales for the company
  • Write proposals in conjunction with pre-sales and produce reports regarding new prospects
  • Negotiate with clients to solidify the terms of each contract and ensure each contract adheres to current regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • IT literate
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
