The Role: Maintenance Technician Fire team (FRA Carpentry)Contract type: Permanent, Full Time, 40 Hours per weekLocation: Covering the L&Q EstateSalary: £32,357 then increase after successful probation to £33,327 PA. *Plus non contractual time bound, market place supplement of £4,000 per annum.Closing Date for application: 15th February 2021 at 11pmN.B. As soon as the advert is closed, no further applications will be accepted. *Previous applicants need not reapply within the last 2 months**PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY ON L&QS WEBSITE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION*L&Q are looking for an experienced carpenter to join the fire management repairs team within Direct Maintenance.Covering the South Regions - Including Lewisham, Thames, Bromley, Elephant and Castle and Croydon and surrounding areas.The role is to provide a customer focused Fire Management Repairs and Maintenance service across L&Qs properties and communal areas whilst putting safety first.The role will report to a Fire Maintenance Supervisor and to carry out, works as instructed. Whilst meeting L&Qs corporate targets of financial strength and resident satisfaction and deal with the outcomes of Fire Risk Assessment actions in a timely manner.Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment.
