Job Description

ElectricianSidcup, KentWorking Hours: 6 am - 2 pm - Monday to FridaySalary Range: £34,000 - £36,000 per annumAbout Us:Join our team who are a leading provider in facilities management and engineering, dedicated to delivering top-notch electrical services. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Sidcup, Kent, working alongside the site Lead T&IElectrician.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Lead T&I Electrician to conduct scheduled Electrical testing and Inspection maintenance tasks.
  • Perform various tests, including Emergency Lighting, ECIR, Illumination Levels, Infra-Red, Motors, PAT, Static Discharge, and Lightening Protection.
  • Execute repairs and operations of equipment and services in accordance with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on completed tasks and identified issues.
Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds or Apprentice Trained in Electrical work.
  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • City & Guilds 2391 qualification.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in carrying out Electrical testing and Inspection maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of Emergency Lighting, ECIR, Illumination Levels, Infra-Red, Motors, PAT, Static Discharge, Lightening Protection.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
