Job Description

Customer Experience Advisor (Handover Specialist)Stephen James BMW has a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisorto join the BMW Sales Team. If you have a passion for the BMW Brand and want to create an outstanding customer experience, by helping customers find the best vehicle for their needs,then this is a great opportunity to develop a career with one of the worlds most admired brands in automotive.Your roleAs a Customer Experience Advisor, you will help control and navigate the customer handover process from start to finish. You will connect with customers and use your engaging personality and product knowledge to excite and inform customers during the handoverof their car. You will demonstrate the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW an absolute delight and be a point of contact for customers prior to delivery & post sale.You will become an expert on every model in the range and will have the ability to keep learning about our products as they develop. Full product and systems training will be provided to enable you to carry your role with confidence and passion.The main duties of the role include: Liaise with customers to book in vehicle handover Deliver the best customer experience, by using your product knowledge to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable handover, explaining the features and capabilities of their vehicle Ensure customer has been offered all our additional products at point of handover To use videos (CitNOW) to enhance the handover experience Set up customers with the MYBMW App and ensure they understand the features and benefits Ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date both prior and at handover Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead ensuring the showroom is always presentable for customersYour profile Well provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm, passion for customer service and the BMW Brand Understand that a positive attitude gets great results, with both colleagues and customers Natural talent for connecting with people, excellent communication, and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers Excellent administrative & organisational skills and enjoy problem solving Previous experience in a customer facing role, either in hospitality, retail, or sales, preferable advising on products Must be tech savvy with intermediate IT and MS skills Must be eligible to work in the UK UK manual driving licenceAbout Stephen JamesStephen James Group is an established authorised BMW and MINI franchise with dealerships in North and Southeast London and Kent.
